Nobody doubts the benefits of parsley for the human body. But few probably know what it is rich in plant and how it can be used for medicinal purposes.
Unusually component making parsley unique source of health are essential oils (lemon, myristicin, eugenol, alpha-thujone) and flavonoids. It is believed that the plant contained apigenin, lutein, myristicin protects against cancer.
